"Le Rouet" vegetable turning slicer produces large quantities of attractively sliced vegetables in thin, continuous spiral strands quickly and easily. The resulting cut vegetable is shaped like a curled ribbon, or curly julienne. Carrots, potatoes, beets, radishes or any firm vegetable can be use. Perfect for making salads, baskets (birds nests), garnishes or your own new creations. "Le Rouet" is economical as well. It will give large volumes of garnishes or salad from small quantities of vegetables with little waste. Sturdily built, its "come apart" construction also makes it simple to use and easy to clean.
