Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on orders over $300 USD or $350 CAD. Purchases less than $300 US
or $350 CAD are subject to shipping fees from $14 to $20 (same currency as purchase). Maximum shipping charged is $20 USD/CAD on all orders below free shipping.
Free shipping does not apply to areas outside the continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska)
and to Canadian Territories: Yukon (YT) Northwest Territories (NT) Nunavut (NU). If you
wish to have a shipment in these areas, please contact us for a shipping quote. Please
send an email or call 1 877 550-8836.
Canadian shipments are not subject to duty as they will be shipped from Canada
(Boucherville, QC). United-States small packages orders leave from Plattsburgh, NY 12901.
To use your own FedEx or UPS carrier account, please call us before placing your order.
We will add your account number to the order. Please note that UPS packages always leave
the next day.
Small shipments to Canada leave our warehouse daily using Purolator (for Eastern Canada)
and FedEx Ground (for Western Canada). If you need to expedite your order the next day, the second day or the 3rd day, please call before placing your order. We can give you a shipping quote number first.
Large Freight (over 90 lbs items) ship by transport truck and need loading dock to be delivered. All LTL (Less Than Truckload) items purchased from Finestcookware are F.O.B. Boucherville (QC) Canada J4B 2X7

Shipping lead time: Orders are put into our system within 24 to 48 hours of their reception. Ship within 10 days of receiving and after being entered in our order system.
Exclusions to “Free Shipping Policy”
- Large freight residential delivery
- Appointment requests
- Tailgate requirements
- Re-deliveries
- Re-consignment and beyond charges are not included
in the Free Freight terms at any time. Additional charges
will be the Responsibility of the customer.
Before accepting your order at your physical location: Please make sure there is no visible damage to the box before accepting it. If there is, please refuse the shipment or write a note
on the Bill Of Lading (BOL) in the event a claim must be filed after delivery.
When using a Collect or Third Party Freight company account #, any/all claims will be the
sole responsibility of the customer who’s account was used. Finestcookware will not be liable for damages caused by any other carrier other than our own.
